These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. Please read them carefully. By browsing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Note: Specific project parameters, including scope, pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, intellectual property transfer, and legal warranties, are handled under separate master services agreements or statement of work contracts signed prior to project kickoff.

1. Scope of site content

All materials on this website are provided strictly for general informational purposes.

• Indicative pricing: any budget ranges, pricing guides, or project estimates mentioned on this site are indicative only and do not constitute a formal offer, quote, or binding contract. Every client engagement is quoted individually following a formal discovery and fixed-scope assessment.
• Availability: we aim to keep the site accessible and up to date, but we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site at any time without notice.

2. Intellectual property rights

• Website assets: the site’s design, layout, custom code, graphics, branding, and written content are the exclusive property of Exolvist and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent.
• Client work: intellectual property rights for client deliverables are governed strictly by individual client engagement agreements. By default, full rights to custom client deliverables transfer to the client upon final payment under those terms.

3. Salesforce marketplace terms

These additional terms apply specifically to the Salesforce marketplace service, which connects you with independent, vetted Salesforce specialists. This service is not yet publicly available; the terms below apply once it launches.

• Independent specialists: Salesforce specialists are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Exolvist. We vet specialists before they join, but we do not control, supervise, or guarantee the outcome of their work. Exolvist acts as an intermediary connecting you with a specialist, not as the party performing the work.
• Credit balance: sessions are billed against a prepaid credit balance, in 15-minute increments, rounded up. You can top up your balance at any time. Unused credits carry over and expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Rates: each specialist sets their own hourly rate. Larger engagements may instead be quoted as a fixed-price project, agreed with the specialist before work begins.
• Disputes about specialist work: if you have a concern about a session or a specialist’s work, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. Engaging a specialist through this service does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Exolvist.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach, probe, or test the security of the site or underlying server network.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or automated scraping scripts through our forms or infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through our site tools.

5. Limitation of liability & no warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Exolvist makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, bug-free performance, or absolute accuracy of web content.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exolvist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to, or inability to access, this website.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to external websites, software tools, or client references operated by third parties. Exolvist does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party platforms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from site use will be handled through reasonable, good-faith negotiation prior to formal legal proceedings.
