Is there a minimum commitment?

No retainer or subscription. You buy a credit balance upfront and can top it up any time — unused credits carry over and expire after 12 months of inactivity.

How fast can I start?

This is on-demand, not a ticket queue — an available specialist can accept your request and start a session within minutes.

Are your specialists vetted?

Yes — every specialist goes through a manual review and a short call before joining. Many hold Salesforce certifications, shown on their profile.

Can you rescue a bad implementation?

Often, yes. We'll assess first and tell you honestly whether to fix or rebuild.

What currency am I billed in?

Each specialist sets their rate in a single currency — USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, or CAD. Your card is charged in that currency; your bank handles conversion if it differs from yours.
